REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we provide the option to return, refund or exchange your purchases within ten (10) working days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to your bank account.
Please note the following terms to our return and exchange policy:
• All items purchased online through www.saffiyyahcouture.com are returnable except for products on sale.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• No returns will be accepted after 10 working days of receiving your order.
• We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (we sent an incorrect or defective item, etc). If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
• The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. Should the product returned to us is in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
• Once we have received your return, we will credit you in the same manner as your request within 7 working days of receiving the returned item
